Description
Emo River in the Fall 3. By Sandra Clark
Description:
The Eno River is shown here at Ford’s Few. The rocks are glistening in the sun. The tree have lost a few leaves but the color is still prominent and the yellow is reflecting in the water.
Eno River State Park is in both Durham and Orange counties in North Carolina and has 4,200 acres. The Eno River flows east about 33 miles starting in Orange County. Then it combines with the Little River and the Flat River and becomes the Neuse River and that river flows into Falls Lake. I walked with Chester along a potion of it on Veterans Day. There were still some color but quite a bit had gone. The leaves were dropping for the trees as we walked. The trail was quiiet except for a couple of families enjoying the holiday. The Day was so gorgeous and the 4 mile walk was wonderful.
